Waited 4 months for an initial appointment on 11/13. They called this morning at 8:30 on 11/10 to tell me that the doctor cancelled all appointments for the week and that I'd have to reschedule. They then proceeded to tell me that the doctor's next earliest appointment was in June and the best they could do was put me on a waitlist to be seen, even though we are supposed to be in the process of trying to find the correct medication combination to stop my seizures and I am still actively seizing.

Don't waste your time, find another provider.

The pre-checkin portal and the lobby kiosks are ridiculous. I refuse to create an account or use the kiosks. Neither one of these systems saves time or creates efficiency. A full time monitor is required to assist in the check in process. The desk agents have become rude and arrogant. They will not even look at you if you are standing two feet in front of them with a question.
This facility has become an impersonal profit focused business. And now I am told that they charge a facility fee for each visit that Medicare and private insurance will not pay.

1 Star because you can't leave zero or negative star ratings.

After running all over town for an urgent care service in Stuart, FL area; and checking in MyChart, AND stopping at TWO sites for Cleveland Clinic urgent care services, AND calling FOUR times AND being assured by the staff in Palm City that the Kanner location was open, only to get there and the security guard informed me it's closed at 4:58PM on New Year's Eve.  If this were the first time I'd understand but this system is horrible, horrible, horrible.  Every experience is horrible.  Every single one.  They seem to have zero care for patient's accommodations.  When even their own staff doesn't...read full review
