Everyone at the clinic is very helpful, professional. My favorite is Shanay at the front desk. She is always smiling, very informative & always willing to help me when I have questions & with medical needs as well. It’s nice that she always remembers my name. I am very thankful to be a client. As someone with intense somewhat serious long term care, Dr. Rubert makes sure that all my medical needs are met.

I would like to give Florida Community Health the recognition they ALL deserve. The staff helped me with my situation above and beyond expectations. Dr. Moffitt is a great competent doctor. He has helped me in every way possible. I could not of asked for better care. Dr. Moffitt, Jerry, and the whole staff are the best.
