Aycock Funeral Home (Stuart)) was utilized when my mom passed and had arrangements to be transported to New York. Transportation arrangements worked out well, however it was a different story when it came to obtaining death certificates. I was as told 1 1/2 weeks ago they were put in priority mail that day (Monday). Then we were told Wednesday they were put in regular mail on that day. Early the following week we were told they were just put in priority mail. The 2nd Wednesday we are told “they were lost in the mail”.
