I wish I could give zero stars, however I went in for a work physical and paid out of pocket for the physical. The office couldn’t find the proper form to complete the work physical for the office, At the time I was told if the work physical form they provided didn’t work, to just come back with the one I needed for my job and the provider there will fill out the form again on the correct form. However I couldn’t use the form at the work place due to the fact that the form this office provides don’t have the patient name info etc on each page. So my work physical got rejected. Went back to explain this matter to them. I basically received a run around about refilling out the correct way. The Medical Assistant there is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the matter, about my last visit in a closed area she states when I was last seen out in the lobby waiting area with other patients, which It didn’t matter. The fact is it should have not been done. I was there about my physical. I Asked to speak with a supervisor, no luck. Due to her being unprofessional. Proceed to tell me I need blood work for a work physical and I had to correct her to tell her that’s not correct. The form doesn’t state anything about blood work, an To look at the paper work again. She looked at it again in walked off to the back. Then come back with the form I gave to her an stated just fill it out. I told her it’s a way to talk to people. She proceeded to tell me you want this or not if not I’ll throw it in the trash. I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking to get a work form filled out to come here. It’s just a waste of time and money!!!

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, organized, and efficient. Sophie was incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate. She made the check-in process smooth and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
Provider Chris was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. It’s clear that he prioritizes both clinical excellence and patient comfort.
The entire team created an environment that felt calm, respectful, and well-managed. In urgent care settings especially, that level of professionalism and compassion makes a significant difference. I highly recommend this facility and truly appreciate the outstanding care provided by Sophie and Chris.

When this facility opened- we were excited for a walk in Drs office to be here locally & originally it was quick & efficient.
That does not seem to be the case any longer… They either are short staffed or over-schedule patients.
They want you to make an appointment online to be seen but when you arrive and check in, appointments aren’t seen til 1-2 hours after the time you’re told to arrive. We experienced this ourselves a couple of months ago & we’re very disappointed & left without being seen.
We decided to try again today for one of our kids who was sick - we received a text shortly before our original appt time telling us to show up 20 minutes later (appreciated being informed to spend that time at home vs a waiting room).
We arrive on time for our rescheduled appt time at 1:05pm and the waiting room has 6 other people in it. After talking to others, everyone there had an appt time before us (one persons appt was at 11:30AM & still hadn’t been called back).
We left again because it is wild to me that they allow sick individuals to sit and wait for treatment 2+ hours before being called into a room. For any future issues we will utilize clinics outside of the area.

I give my experience a five star. Both of the employees that I came in contact with, was very kind and compassionate. Everything was done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond in helping me. I would not hesitate to use them again.
