I have used Yancey flooring for new flooring throughout my entire house. They are EXCELLENT to work with. Top notch customer service, and their pricing is great as well. Ric is a local St. Pete business owner, who uses his own staff for all installs. You cannot go wrong selecting him.

(6.24) We had our floors done not too long ago & Rick & his crew were great! We're all for self owned businesses and it was all just superb work. So happy to not be looking at the old tile and carpet in our house. We got high end vinyl planking and it's so pretty. Thank you Rick,crew, & Jennifer, his glue that helps keep it running!!Ellen & Bart Rodenbaugh

Thanks for bringing our house back to life again!! We couldn't be more happy with our new floors and the installation team was top notch! Not only were they honest, but they treated our house as if it was their own!!
