Tiffany Nail Spa is located in the Tyrone Square Mall. The shop is clean, though very busy. Staff is friendly, nice, polite, and accommodating. They take reservations but also welcome walk-ins, often taking clients right away. Services include pedicures, acrylic full sets, and polish changes. A deluxe pedicure includes an exfoliating scrub, several types of lotions, a hot stone massage, and a very thorough massage of the legs and feet, leaving them feeling very smooth. The massage chairs are nice. Employees listen to the clients and what they want. Work is described as great quality, fast, and exceeding expectations, with results looking natural and perfect. Prices are good and reasonable. Clients are satisfied and happy, reporting pleasant exchanges. Many would return and highly recommend the spa.
I randomly stopped in without an appointment and they took me right away. The shop is clean, but very busy. All of the employees were friendly and nice, and Anna did my pedicure. She was kind, she talked to me and listened to what I wanted. I opted for a more indulgent pedicure and I was happy with it. In total transparency, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was totally fine and I was satisfied. I would return here for another pedicure. I also overheard many other customers talking to the clients and they were all pleasant exchanges. The employees did listen to the clients and the clients all seemed happy.
I’ve gone here before for polish changes and they were good. Today I went for a full set because my acrylic was chipping off and my normal place is closed Sundays. Brian was my person and exceeded my expectations. I can’t stop looking at them. I just get pink acrylic over my short natural nails with a matte top coat year round. But he made them look so natural and perfect. It really looks like I have nothing on my nails which is EXACTLY what I wanted. He’s my go to now.
So I thought I would give them a chance again. I should have know better. Giving it 2 stars because I had a gift card and I got out in under an hour. I got a pedicure, which I had to keep asking her to clean the polish off my skin when she was done painting. If I get a pedicure I expect it to look like a professional did it. I came home removed where the polish was on my skin and touched up the nails where she didn't completely cover the nail. Also she went from doing mine midway to checking on her precious customer and did not wash or change her gloves. Not impressed .
