I had a great experience at The Joint Chiropractic in Tyrone. Billy at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the options clearly and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure patients feel comfortable and informed.
Dr. Josh was excellent. He listened carefully, explained what he was doing, and has a very confident, precise adjustment style. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and appreciated how efficient and thorough he was.

I felt very comfortable with Monica the receptionist, she’s awesome and was very understanding and explained everything about my plan I signed up for. Dr. Mackey explained my options as well, he made me feel comfortable and I already feel a bit better with the first adjustment. Hoping to see even more improvement with future adjustments. Very friendly people here, very comfortable. I feel great about this location. I also love how the Joint offers walk ins so I don’t need to worry about missing an appointment I can just come in as needed. A big thank you to the Joint Chiropractic! Dr. Mackey is GREAT.
