We hired Suncoast Custom Builders to replace a 2 story deck on a stilt home in Sunset Beach, and we could not be happier with the results! From the beginning, Deborah and Jim were very professional and consistently provided great communication and response times throughout the course of the project. Their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially in comparison to other companies, as they do not subcontract their work (aside from plumbing and electric). We were working with a tight deadline and they delivered flawlessly. They reached out immediately when they found areas of wood rot or concern that needed to be fixed along the way and were completely upfront about any additional costs or delays outside of the quote. Jim's team of workers were also very professional, polite, and respectful of the property. The inspection went smoothly as well. It was an all-around great experience. We have already booked more work with them in the near future. I would highly recommend them to others.
Suncoast custom builders recently did several jobs for me. They were very prompt, fair pricing, completed workand left jobsite tidy. I look forward to other jobs with them. Removed decorative wingwall, moved shed, repaired driveway
Great owners & incredibly hard working conscientious honest people who know how to handle the major super mega jobs the medium mega jobs the normal jobs & the smaller pain in the butt jobs when you ask yourself “ how do I fix that mess” 😝 . Strongly & Highly recommend SunCoast !!!
