The counselor I was assigned to. Actually canceled two of my appointments while I was sitting in the waiting room just minutes before I was to see her. Then after the fourth time that I actually seen her. She told me she was leaving to go work somewhere else.
I've had a couple of good therapists here in being a client 10+ years here. Would not recommend getting medication through them- I waited a month for a call back just to schedule an appt, and had to wean myself off of my medications they prescribed me because the pharmacy couldn't get an authorization from them in time before running out of medication.
I've been a patient for 7 years. They have helped me tremendously. They provide counseling, medication management, group therapy, and pharmacy services. I'm glad I found them all those years ago. I continue to go back there because I trust my provider. She is phenomenal and has a great demeanor. Suncoast's policies are practical and the staff has been courteous. Suncoast seems to do the best it can for the patients. There is an enormous need for their services. Keep up the good work Suncoast! Thank you!
