My dress was ready when promised. Also this was my 1st time using this store. There was a lady there who walked me through the dropoff/pickup procedure.

I have never experienced a dry cleaning establishment such as this before. You follow the directions on the kiosk to gain your login credentials, It’s 24/7 access, and when you need to get your clothes you pay with a credit card and your clothes get delivered to you through a pickup window. It’s pretty cool and futuristic in nature. You do have one person on duty to assist if run into any snags. Spring is who I met when I first came in. She is super cool, full of energy and a great human being. Thanks Spring for being kind.
“Friendly staff specifically “Spring” outstanding results, and the best stain removal service I’ve ever experienced!” They are fully automated you use a kiosk to drop off your clothes. However during business hours when “Spring” is available she will address any questions or concerns you may have with consistently great customer service!
