She truly cares about your skin and how it's progressing and always goes the extra mile. I had an issue from the sun after a treatment and she brought me back in to calm my skin down and put me under the blue light, and texted me throughout the week to check in on progress. “I just moved to dt st Pete and my first experience with nouvelle was perfect! I went to a different salon in st Pete before finding this one and they did such a sloppy job. My first impressions of nouvelle when I walked in was wow this place is beautiful and clean and offers many colors to choose from. I originally booked my acrylic fil appt with Navy online on their website by myself - because I read reviews saying she does great designs and I often do designs - when I got into the salon they asked if I was getting a fill I told them yes to find out navy does not do acrylic fills I guess. Which is fine. I was immediately offered a second solution - JC - who was able to take me for my appt. JC listened to my request and executed my nails perfectly and she even added a cute flower design. My nails look amazing and I keep getting compliments. I told JC I wanted to come back in 3 weeks and get a much more complicated design and when I showed her the picture I love that she was honest and told me no she wouldn’t be able to do that design and recommended I book with a girl named Ni who said she would be able to. I thought that was refreshing to hear the honesty because I’ve had many nail artists tell me yes they can do a complicated design and it comes out horrible so I was glad they recommended someone who was confident. Anyways I’m so excited to come back for my birthday in 3 weeks and get my next design!!! I’ll be getting my first pedicure when I come back too so I’ll add a new review :)
