Helen assisted my adult daughter with renting a storage unit, and I accompanied her during the process. I was very impressed with Helen’s professionalism. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained all documents and procedures clearly and confidently. We truly appreciated her guidance and attention to detail.
I just signed a lease today for a storage unit (5x10) at the Clearwater location. I was lucky enough to work with Helen today! She was an amazing help; very informative and really knows the ins and outs of the facility and what I need to know. I really appreciate her!
