1st I just want to say John the owner always puts his customers first. He did an amazing job for me, answered all my questions and concerns I had about him spraying. Very professional and guaranteed his work if I have any issues he will come back right away. With the Covid 19 stuff going on he still came out and took care of me. I highly recommend. We've been using Smithers since 2011. We have never had a problem, they came back out once when I requested additional treatment due to a particicularly persistent problem. Wonderful people. They've alerted us to a problem with the AC when we were out of town. Very friendly, personable, helpful staff.
