I live in the Pasadena Yacht & Country Club in Gulfport ( St. Petersburg) Florida. All the homes are multimillion dollar properties which are mostly on the water. I met Mr. Reed (Reggie Sr.) and his son (Reggie Jr.) back in January of 2023 when I was interviewing the top roofers in the Tampa Bay area. He was recommended to me by my neighbor. Mr. Reed has decades of experience and their relatively new company comes with a lot of positive reviews. Most importantly was how I felt meeting Mr. Reed. I felt like he was family. The Reeds are a small family African American business that runs super efficient, eliminating a sales person, a roof designer, a permit obtainer and countless other positions that other roofers have on staff and make you pay for. Reggie Jr. utilizes all the modern systems to cut costs and he does it well. Mr. Reed was able to come $20,000 below the average bid and still utilize the finest quality roof tile, Gulf Eagle. I love my roof and support the Reed Family. Watching Mr. Reed, who is in his 60s go on top of my 3 story roof to oversee the work was awesome. Power to the old school. I will miss you guys a lot.
