I just had George out for an insurance company-mandated four-point inspection and found him to be a pretty nice fellow. He was fast and thorough and did a good job. My agent (Scarlett - also FIVE stars) at Alan Everton Insurance referred him, so he must know what he’s doing.

Although having a quality and thorough inspection was of utmost importance to me as a first time homebuyer, I was dreading the experience. However, George Hebert made the entire process pleasant from start to finish. He arrived early, heard my concerns, and then explained all his findings in layman's terms along the way. His report was comprehensive and delivered via email in a timely fashion (even on Superbowl Sunday!) with ample photos, explanations, and major concerns highlighted in red. George was exceptionally professional with a side of humor... dare I say, we had fun? Not to mention competitive and fair pricing. 10/10 would (and did) recommend.

These guys specially Steve phenomenal and really here help and do good. Only ones open on weekends or willing come out when DUKE disconnected my home with three disabled and medically needy in it when city was shut down. It was a call I intianted u regards to DOWN wire from trees our residents have tried over and over to get DUKE to take care of. They keep saying it's not time and making empty promises and excuses. Yet slightest weakest storm we lose power every time in Melrose mersey nieghborhood. Ne how super quick response time and Very helpful and was very knowledgeable and actually noticed some things even DUKE didn't even and was serious as one was the piece saved...read full review
