I appreciated that they were able to get me in quickly, and the staff was efficient overall. However, the bedside manner could’ve been better the explanations felt rushed and a bit cold at times. When I asked the front desk if they offered any type of payment plans, the response felt a little dismissive. It’s a decent place for fast care, but I wish the communication had felt more compassionate.

Dr. Plummer, Michelle, and the entire staff have truly been a lifeline for our Westie, Murphy. After months of worrying and not getting answers, they took the time to really listen, investigate, and ultimately discover his food allergies and diagnose his irritable bowel disease. Their knowledge and compassion gave Murphy a second chance—and gave us our happy, playful dog back.
We are beyond grateful for the care, patience, and genuine love they’ve shown Murphy. It’s rare to find a veterinary team so dedicated and thorough. We will never forget what they’ve done for him—and for us.

Able to get me in on pretty short notice for an acute issue as a new patient. Vet and staff were great and got my dog taken care of. Pricing very reasonable, will keep coming here with both my dogs :)
