I must hand it to every employee, manager, supervisor and higher ups, that the level of customer service and friendly faces upon arrival is next level superior. In today's times, seems like businesses have forgotten the importance of customer service. Not here! The level of friendly employees at every level and the quality of customer service goes without saying, is the absolute best and needs to be replicated in other businesses! What wonderful employees work at Pinellas County Solid Waste! Yesterday, my husband and I dropped off a trunk full of household hazmat items. The gentleman who helped us was professional AND kind. We were in and out in 10 minutes and no cost! Today I dropped off a trunk full of tree limbs and railroad ties we had used for landscaping. The woman who collected my very small fee, was extremely pleasant. She gave my god-dog a treat and pointed me in the right direction. As I have the world's worst sense of direction, I ended up in the yard waste area instead of the hand disposal area. No problem!
