Since I was purchasing a new home, I wanted a really good inspection company to perform a pre-purchase inspection. we used OSI inspection services 15 years ago on a house in Saint Pete and due to their meticulous assessment we passed on that property. We are now in 2025 back in Saint Pete and ready to buy again and lucky for us. OSI was still in business and were able to help us out..
