Stephen did a stellar job washing our 2-story house plus the patio and two covered porches. I honestly didn’t think to mention the flashing, etc. and it looks sparkling clean. And while I was aware of the mildew on the north side house over the garage (impossible to reach fully from the ground), I had not realized what bad shape the patio was in. Both the house and the patio look beautiful!! And the cement porch floor (which needs painting) looks so much better too. Will be recommending him to friends and neighbors. We were very impressed with his thorough, careful work; and his communication and punctuality were excellent as well.
They did a fantastic job! My Fence is about eight years old and I have pressure washed it a couple times, So I wanted to do it once more as it’s been a little while. Stephen got back to me very quickly and made an appointment to come by and check out the job. He recommended that we do a soft wash versus a pressure wash so that we made sure to not damage any of the boards. He was able to give me a quote on the spot and I made a decision a couple of days later and then he was able to get me scheduled in by the end of the week. I would definitely use Make it Rain Pressure washing in the future and big thanks to Stephen for his great work!!
