f I could give zero stars I would. Horrendous communication and zero accountability. Installed new hard drive and returned but then 45 days later screen fell off due to them using 3M tape instead of the correct adhesive (Joe admitted this). Then they had my Mac desk top for 2 additional months.and never repaired (ghosting and excuses for 2 months). I finally had enough of his ghosting and BS and had to pick up the computer still not in working order, but yet Joe blamed us for "rushing him". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Now I have an inoperable MAC with a new hard drive and have to take it into a real computer repair company. Buyer beware. Stay away!

Truly exceptional company! Professional yet super friendly, communicative, reasonable rates, went WAY out of their way to make sure my repair/fine-tuning etc. was done at my convenience and believe me it was done well. You can trust this company. Sadly I don't live here; if I did I would never take my computer anywhere else!!

Joe and his team are great to work with. He is very experienced and solves these computer issues very efficiently and professionally. Do not hesitant to trust him with your business computer needs.
