I can’t say enough about Kelly Smoak Construction. When our house flooded during Hurricane Idalia, I reached out to KSC from a neighbor’s recommendation. Kelly and Mary were awesome. Not only did we stay on the projected budget, but Mary has a keen eye for design. She even came up with the idea of the wine/coffee bar (my favorite piece in my house now). We remodeled kitchen, dining room and bathroom plus repaired all flooring, drywall and doors. All the subcontractors were professional and did a great job. My house looks amazing and I would recommend them 1000%

We had a great experience working with Kelly Smoak Construction! After flooding during Hurricane Idalia, they not only worked with us through the rehabilitation and remodeling work, but also provided advice in working with our insurance provider. Unlike other larger companies that may have taken advantage of us in this situation, KSC was very supportive, helpful, and responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire process. The build back of our house turned out stunning! Being a local small business in our area, we will definitely work with them again in the future, and highly recommend others to do the same!

I used Kelly Smoak Construction after a flood event and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I experienced nothing short of professionalism in my interactions throughout the whole process.
