I have had many a massage from spas around the world. I did not expect one of the best in St Petersburg. Lena is amazing.. She has a natural feel of where tension lives and did a few small but really affective techniques that I have never experienced. I highly recommend for even the most critical of people. Thank you InnoVitale! What a great addition to st Petersburg.
My husband booked me a surprise massage and facial for my birthday and OMG!!! The moment I opened the pink door I knew I was about to have an amazing experience. From the second you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome, the perfect atmosphere, and a sense of calm. The owner Sinead (who is AMAZING) happened to be in the front when I came for my appointment which made it 10x better for me. Her attention to detail with every aspect of the experience is almost militant! From the playful wallpaper, to the gorgeous light fixtures, everywhere you looked was carefully thought through. I sipped my glass of wine while waiting in the private waiting area and sank into the comfiest chair! Gabby came to get me for my massage and let me tell you she was above and beyond. She was so attentive and communicative to make sure she could tailor my massage to exactly what this tired mama needed. Tazla was my esthetician and she was so personable and educational (I'm a talker)! My skin is STILL glowing. I can't wait to come back!! Thank you for the best birthday!!
I've been here twice since the new ownership and feel compelled to write a review. What an outstanding spa! First time had a facial and to put it succinctly...best facial in St. Pete! Second time had the 'signature' manicure and was persuaded by the nail tech to try a new type of polish that dries like real gel (and quickly), but doesn't require the UV, nor soaking to take off the polish later. It's been almost a week and my nails are still perfect...A+ on the nail front, too! Looking forward to my next visit already :)
