Amber really goes above and beyond! I had my eyebrows microbladed years ago and it was time for a touch up - not only did she make them as good as new, she made them better than ever!It is apparent that she takes her work seriously and strives to produce quality results. Amber is a true professional and an artist who designs beautiful eyebrows. I had almost NO eyebrows left and she created eyebrows for me that are so natural looking that no one knows I had them done! The shape, size and color are perfect. She takes her time and solicits the clients input and approval in a seamless way. Eyebrow service by a Phibrows Artist, we are specialized in creating natural looking new eyebrows. It is semi-permanent makeup done by a technique called Microblading. We also offer eyebrows tattoo removal to give clients a fresh start. We're located on Central Ave. near Treasure Island, St. Petersburg in Tampa Bay Area.
