I am currently traveling on a business trip, and broke a heel!!!! I walked in at 430 pm, and explained that this was the only pair of shoes I had with me... The owner was nice enough to accommodate fixing the shoes the same day and he even polished them.. I had them back in hand in perfect order just an hour later!! Id recommend them to anyone!!!
If you need your shoes repaired, this is the place to go to! The buckle on a Naot leather sandal popped off, a strap on a favorite Merrill sandal popped out of the sole and the big toe strap on a pair of Jack Roger flip flops were repaired. Yay!
