I have no idea what I would have done without Abby and her team. My father was a US citizen, I live in the UK but despite the 5000 mile difference, Abby and her team kept me completely informed and made a very difficult and sensitive dilemma as painless as possible. No question regardless of how naïve was left unattended to… The Realtor (Chip Spencer) that Fisher & Wilsey recommended was just as thorough and professional - there were hiccups along the way, but that is life, certainly not due to anyone other than external factors.
