Finley & Phillips is a beautiful Solon using the best products for healthy color and highlights. Ann Morelock is the best. She has done my hair for well over 25 years. Professional & knowledgeable to achieve your perfect look. Highly highly recommend!

A MUST for beautiful Color & meticulous Cut! I Had just experienced a major hair mishap with a former stylist and serendipitously found F & P—and Brenda Watts! Brenda is new there…brand new. First day!!! She is an artist. An artist whom listens to what your vision is and works with you to create it. Plus she’s a joy to spend those ‘hours’ with as are Paul & Phil-the owners and their other stylists who bring spectacular styling, smiles and service to this St. Pete secret styling must. Say that 3xs fast! TU Brenda for bringing back my long, lush chestnut locks and their jewel tones—and the haircut too! Go there —Expereience Brenda…my hair’s GOAT!
