on this past Sunday March 20th my sister myself and my 7 year old daughter went to get services. first my sister showed the technician pictures of short nails with tips with very little design and the tech argued with her telling her they wouldn't look good. she continued to argue until the front desk person came over and said that it Could be done but by that time my sister was over it and walked out. with her real nails ruined from the removal of her last set. she still gave a tip. My pedicure went well.no complaints. My nails however were a different story. I stated in wanted coffin medium length. she shaped them almond. when I advised her I wanted coffin a second time she had to file them down so short they are not medium length like I asked. I also had a picture of my last set with the color I wanted and found a similar color on their gel colors. I was told they did not have it. they mixed two different colors to try to match what I wanted but i was not satisfied. I can see my nail bed under my set. last my daughter asked for black gel manucure and got dark blue. literally none of us were satisfied. i still paid and tipped. Now today my nails are lifting and my hair is getting stuck in them less than a week after getting them done. For $150 I will never be back and I am NoT happy with this salon. edit. first picture is my last set that I showed that I wanted done. notice color length and subtle coffin shape. now look hoe Horrible my set is currently. the salon has not reached out. I doubt they care about customer service. they for their $150.
I went there for the 1st time today as a walk in the lady named Dena did my hair she did a great job and i would defiantly recommend it to every one else to go there Thank you Dena and i will defiantly see you soon again
My sister and I love going here.We enjoy the staff.They do great work,and have great fun with them.The owner is great! Beth&Gloria😊
