I recently used Dunn Contracting for my roof replacement. Overall, he did a fantastic job. He was present for the entire install and made every effort to keep me informed of the process every step of the way. I received a competitive quote for the roof replacement on 7/26/2024. The pricing was good, so I immediately gave approval to proceed. He began work on the following Wednesday. This was a surprise, because all of the other companies that I called had at least a 6 - 8-week lead time. I have included pictures of the finished product. You may not notice, but on the flat portion of the roof, he used an insulated taper system, that increased the pitch of the roof, so that I do not have standing water on there anymore. This has always been an issue for me. In addition, the rooms under the flat roof seem to stay much cooler due to the added insulation of the taper system. I would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
