I needed to have a tooth extracted and decided on Coast dental after searching on my insurance providers website and seeing it was close to home. I called them around 930 in the morning and by my surprise I was able to be seen later that day. I was taken care of by Dr. Christy Mikhael and by Erin they both took good care of me. I wasn't pressured to get expensive crowns or dentures, I just got a couple of x-rays, and got numbed up and had my tooth extracted. My tooth was broken at the gum line and the roots were well dug into the jaw which made the procedure difficult for the Dr. to dig out. I’m gonna be totally honest. I’m afraid of the dentist. I’ve had a bad episode that has kept me from the dentist for awhile . They eased my fears . They were patient, kind, took their time to explain everything to me . Broke it all down for me to understand. I am so pleased with their service . I will be completing my treatment plan . Coast Dental is awesome. Leo, the office manager there is awesome and helpful as always, making sure I got the breakdown of all of the services and understanding what my insurance would cover. The staff is very gentle and caring to and for those of us who suffer great dentist anxiety. I recommend this place to my friends and will continue to do so. They do just need to work on their answering service relaying calls for return phone calls, but beyond that, their service and work is awesome!
