I can't say enough great things about this location. Dr Martin is phenomenal as is Nira who did my X-rays and is doing my cleaning next week . Front staff was also very nice and the place is spotless . Not sure why all the negative reviews but my experience is having this be regular dental spot! And I might add I'm terrified of dentists ?
Today was an exceptional day. I'd gone for my regular dentist appointment and it turned out excellent. My experience was not like six months ago. The time for my wait was decent. From the receptionist who greeted me , to the dental assistant , doctor and billing assistant whom were all very professional. Each person made each department shine. The dental assistant was kind ,loved his job and truly took the edge off my worries. They were pleasant and made my visit phenomenal. The best part was handling the billing. It was smooth and the billing receptionist was so helpful. I truly look forward to my next visit without any stress. Thanks a million .
There was a little trouble with Dylan but the dentist said go ahead and do it I was told to pay for one Crown insurance would pay for two and then say insurance was only paying for one I called insurance we'll see what happens
