Order Placed on the 28th of May 2021. Was told every month to keep waiting because of backorder. Now they don't pick up the phone or reply to emails. I hope I don't lose $1,413.85. Ordered in May 2021 - kept telling me that there was an supply chain issue in fact I spoke to them on phone in January 2022 and they said possible March delivery - now I can't get them to respond to email or answer phone - my order was $1,606.03 which they charged to my account in May of 2021- they haven't been telling the truth about orders - I would recommend not to order from them

I ordered several replacement belts for my central vac system. That was over a month ago, noone answers the phone, there is no voice-mail, they have not responded to at least 3 emails. So there is literally no communication, and they took my money without any updates. I would say abysmal customer service if it even existed. I have ordered previously with no hiccups, so at one point they weren't scamming people, but honestly I'm not sure what happened to the company but it feels like they don't even exist anymore. Maybe they dont.. after reading other similar reviews I can 100% say that you should not order anything from this company unless you want to wait for months...read full review
