So this Sunday morning, about 10AM, I decided to taker a shower in the master bathroom. When I was done and drying off, My nephew who is living with me, comes yelling "John," "John". There's an inch of water in the guest bathroom". I wrap the towel around me and go into the guest bathroom and there's an inch of black, sewer water on the floor of the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a shower that is an open design behind a wall with no bathtub. So if water comes up threw the shower drain, it's going to be all over the entire bathroom floor. I then go into the attached garage and find the front-loader washer and stationary tub both half full of black sewer water....read full review

A storm ruptured the water main to the house. The insurance adjuster called Bob and he arrived within 2 hours. He gave me a short list of solutions and their cost. Before the end of the day I had running water. I am very pleased with the service and quality of Bob's work. I highly recommend him.
