Dr. Lyons, Dr. RAY, and the staff are amazing. They are personable, they listen, and are helpful.Recently, a P.A Danielle Callanan has taken over. She took me off medication that I have been taking for a year and prescribed me another. This medication causes suicidal thoughts and several other negative symptoms. I did as she asked. Although I'm a single mom and work too much. I did not get my blood work done. She refused to see me. I made a new appointment at a different location. Chances are I will have to go to the hospital, because my negative thoughts are getting out of control. She is by far the nastiest person I have ever met.

I was a patient of Dr Dalton for over 25 years. Great doctor and great person. Since he retired things have gone totally down the tubes. I'm out of state right now and almost out of my Rx. I called two days in a row and left a message since they didn't answer the phone. The second day, I made it clear in my message that I was almost out of my Rx. That was yesterday. Still no call back. I had to do a video consultation with a new doctor to get my refill last night.Stay away.They need to give whomever is responsible for this their walking papers. I'm seriously contemplating filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Health

I was a patient of Dr. Dalton's for over 20 years, this past year has been horrible. It's not the new Dr it's trying to get thru, just received a call to confirm my appt which I cannot make, waited and waited, then pressed 2 to leave a call back number, gee mailbox is full. Called two weeks ago after get a script from the Doctor and a Doctor "Daniel" said he would handle it, I need an "authorization" for my insurance company to give me the additional meds, call never happened so I paid out of pocket. I am leaving
