Attorney Alec Waid and the staff at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid do a fantastic job fighting for their clients. They are always responsive and available to answer any questions and never fail to keep their clients updated on their cases. This review is for Alec Wade and the staff who responded to my need at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A. Late in the afternoon, I walked in and asked for help. The staff was receptive, others appeared to take my story and hear my needs. Alec Wade then came in and we spoke. My laptop had the documentation and the situation was reviewed immediately. They are kind and smart individuals. By way of a letter, which was sent within two days, a resolve was reached. I cannot say "thank you" enough. Everyone was so professional. Returned my calls promptly. Since I have never been in a car accident, I wasn't sure if I needed an attorney. Turns out I did. Best decision ever. I highly recommend them.
