Wonderful experience every time I practice at Living Room Yoga! Stacey is one of the most knowledgeable yoga teachers in St Pete. Her partner, Barry, is also amazing. He readily shares his knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, and healing herbs for the students’ benefits. Space is limited so reserve your spot early; you’ll be glad you went.

I am so happy to have discovered Stacy Cooper at Living Room Yoga. Because Stacy has a background in occupational therapy and cranial sacral work, she understands how to tune in to the specific needs of the individuals in her class. Stacy works closely with her yoga students, offering alternative poses when standard ones don’t work.My own specific needs are related to a fall I experienced in 2019. I am delighted to have finally found Stacy as my yoga practitioner because she is helping me learn how to bring my body back into balance. I’ve had many Thai massages from Barry. The massage is heavenly . He has helped me with neck and acute back pain. Barry is a great listener and ver in tune . He also has lots of information on health and wellness. I would highly recommend him.
