Jay did an excellent job of representing us in our purchase. He was always responsive, answered our calls, and went above and beyond in helping us resolve issues. He even helped coordinate getting logistics handled and letting people into the unit for us sice we were travelling during much if the process. Ultimately, his advice and diligence helped us secure a fair and good deal and produced a cery smooth closing process. We would heartily recommend him as a buyer's realtor.
Yvette is a wonderful agent. We initially had another realtor and mid-way through decided to change over to her. Why? She listened to our needs. She was quick to respond and personable. It wasn’t just about a transaction. If she didn’t know something, she would go and find out. And she was honest about it. Her genuine concern to have us find what we’re looking for really shone. We actually lost out on our first offer and were pretty bummed. Immediately the next morning the first email I saw was from Yvette with a new listing that met our needs and was about $100k less than the first one. She made time to go see the home with us at a moments notice knowing our time was limited. And our offer was accepted. Even after closing she made sure our issues were addressed. I’d highly recommend Yvette and team to anyone looking to purchase or sell.
Had the best experience with Debi Saltzberg, highly recommend! I moved to St Petersburg from another state as a first time home buyer. Debi took the time to understand what I was looking for and did thorough research on listings to make sure they would be right for me. She even went to look at all the listings for me since I was not able to be present at the time. She was also there every step of the way through the whole process up until giving me my keys! Best experience, highly recommend!
