Nick Barker is hands down the best technician we’ve ever had. He’s always positive, kind, and incredibly patient with both residents and staff. No matter how many questions are thrown his way, he takes the time to explain everything in detail and never loses his cool — even when people are being rude. American Pest Management is the resident pest control company for my apartment complex & I have to say the employees are always extremely nice, professional, and accommodating.
