All Appliance Masters is wonderful. Our first contact with them was through the Home Warranty Association, and they came to fix our dryer. Brian called, made an appointment for the same day, and arrived on time. Brian was very kind, personable, and professional. He checked the dryer thoroughly, fixed the problem, and left the work area cleaner and better than he found it. We will definitely use All Appliance Masters again.

UPDATE: The appliance company reached out to me after seeing my reviews in an effort to make things right. They gave me the rest of the refund that I was entitled to. Because of this, I am now satisfied with their service. I wish we could have avoided the 3 month wait without actually fixing the problem, but at the end of the day, they did the right thing. Due to this, I have changed my rating. Original Review: Look elsewhere for your appliance repair. This is by far the worst repair service I have ever used. They came out to my home back in February for a dishwasher that was not functioning. The "tech" checked for power then immediately got on the phone with the manufacturer to tell them the symptoms. The manufacturer said they think it was a bad control board. So, this "tech" proceeded to charge me $200+ to order the new control board. I was told that their distributor was closed (Saturday) and that they would order the part on Monday. I was also told that I would be called on Monday to confirm that the part had been ordered. I never heard from them. I then called them on Wednesday to find out if the part had been ordered. The man that I spoke to told me that they forgot to order the part, but they would do it today. I was told the part would arrive within 2 weeks because it had to come directly from the manufacturer. 3 weeks went by and I still had not heard anything. Once again, I had to call them. By this point, I was beyond frustrated. This time, I was told that the part arrived damaged and they had to order another replacement. I told the man on the phone that a courtesy phone call would have been nice. He disagreed and said that they would have called when the new part arrived. Agree to disagree on that one. Anyway, I wait several more weeks. Again, no phone call. I had to call them once again about the part. They told me the part had arrived and that they would be out Saturday to install it. The "tech" arrived Saturday and installed the part. Dishwasher still didn't work. At that time, he decided to check for power again. The dishwasher had power on 2 wires, but not the other 2 wires. The same thing it did when he came out on the first visit. This time, the "tech" determined that it was something bad in the electrical wiring. He was positive it was a bad breaker. I was told they could return the part we had just waited months for, for a refund. I then called an electrician friend who came over to help. We pulled out the dishwasher and immediately saw that there was a connection that had come undone behind the dishwasher. 5 minutes later, the dishwasher was working perfectly. Had the tech spent 5 minutes and looked behind the dishwasher, this all could have been avoided. That brings me to the refund I was due. As mentioned earlier, I paid over $200 for this part. I was told I had to wait for the distributor to give the refund to this appliance company, then it would be given to me. This doesn't make sense to me as I purchased the part from the appliance company and not the distributor. Either way, I waited again. Weeks went by and I once had to call them. I was informed that they have a money order for me. After paying over $200, I got a refund for $84. I was charged for a service call ($65), and then an additional service call charge because they came out twice. That was an extra $20. Then I was charged a $30 restock fee. I was charged for all of this because THEY screwed up. I can understand paying the initial service call fee. In fact, that's what I was told I would have to pay when they sent the part back for a refund. But then they added all these other charges to make up for their screw up. This all started in February, and didn't end till a week ago (May 13th). And all because they didn't pull the dishwasher out and look behind it. Totally unacceptable. It's one thing to misdiagnosis something...it happens. I get that. But then to keep the customer hanging for 3 months AND still charge them.....simply ridiculous. I will be posting this r
