Treatment was painless.Vida explained everything through the entire process. They have a weight scale that tells you everything about you, from weight, BMI, body function and much more. I signed up for a series of the LED light therapy.After my first treatment I lost 4 inches.Happy Camper!!

Lovely place to come and relax, staff are so friendly feels like family. My treatments are blowing my mind, they have really helped me break that stand still my weight was at. I have confident that I will reach my goal weight.

I love going to my Red Light therapy treatments- they are the highlight of any week I go. Dr. Vida & all the staff are knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Red light therapy is not only relaxing, but has so many health benefits! The vibration plate feels great too as it encourages my muscles to do some work as the platform shakes and vibrates. I went in to tone up, to break up some fatty tissue (thank you cupping tools too!), and after 4 sessions, already I am fitting into my clothes better, not to mention feeling better overall.
