The flowers were beautiful but I ordered a specific bouquet due to the vase design. What was delivered was a basic clear glass vase. No one called or emailed to say they didn’t have it. I reached out via email to have it rectified…no response.
I call to let them know that the bouquet of flowers I had received didn't look fresh and vibrant. Before the end of the day I had received another very beautiful vibrant bouquet. Thank you so very much.
Sure nice to get exactly what we ordered .
We were sent a picture of the bouquet we had delivered. It was as close or better than the description. Delivered on time . Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service .
