Scam - stay away. Went in for routine covered procedure and they offered an additional exam, but failed to mention it was $400 out of pocket. Customer service was extremely inadequate in helping to resolve this issue and difficult to communicate with. Eventually I just had to pay it. Poor communication and service, and watch your charges. Will not return.

I was a patient first 14 years ago when I turned 18 and then when I moved back to the area and was pregnant with my 3rd child. I had hyperemesis graviderum and was afraid I would end up in the ER and called the office when I was only 6 weeks along, I was worried they wouldn’t help me before my initial appointment at 12 weeks because that had been my experience with other providers but the nurse called me back and told me the midwife wanted me to come by ASAP to pick up some samples of diclegis and they had already sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I have been going to Absolute Health and Wellness for 4 years now, and I continue to love everyone. When I was pregnant, I got to see all the doctors/midwives, which was nice because I got a chance to meet everyone. The midwives- Erica, Kim, and Kat are all so amazing. I felt very comfortable with any one of them delivering me. They all truly care about their patients and it shows. When I did have a complication come up in pregnancy, Dr. Miller explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The front staff was always nice and understanding when I had to change appointments due to my work schedule. I would recommend anyone to this group-seriously they are the best!
