Brandon was extremely prompt in contacting me from a post Í placed on Nextdoor, after contacting him he immediately followed up, had a quote sent over immediately which was an excellent price, the best out of 4.
Brandon is very knowledgeable about the various types of materials and took time after business hours as we were under a serious time limit and spoke to me for over an hour answering my questions about the various types of roofing materials, the pros and cons as well as some of the negative reviews here on Google which I found out the high percentage of negative ones were from prior to when he purchased a portion of the company which I verified... read full review
ACES put a new roof on an addition to our house in St Pete in 2022. The ridge shingles that covered the peaks of its 2 gables started to fall off and had since fallen off once again after their repair. In Helene and Milton more fell off.
ACES completed the repair, free of charge, and upgraded the ridge vent to a newer and higher-quality model to ensure the long-term performance of the system on us. Thank you so much to Brandon and the entire team at ACE's Roofing! When the recent tropical storm came through and we discovered a leak, they quickly came out to assess the situation. They provided me with plenty of pictures so I could see the issue. They quickly fixed the issue for a very fair price. I am so thankful for their team!
