This is my honest, unpaid and unprompted 5 star (out of 5) review of TEK and their work on our house... 1. Contracting process - they weren't the absolute least expensive, but they completely understood the assignment (i.e.,what we were looking for as described to them), were clear and specific in their quote and provided a fair, competitive, reasonable price for the major expansion and renovation of our house. They set up ongoing calls (and returned calls quickly) and I felt like we were in good hands. (Grade: A) 2. My husband wanted our master bath updated for some time, but I discouraged the job due to disruption, mess, cost, etc. I finally agreed to have the remodel done, and we searched for contractors that we felt would hopefully accommodate our wants and needs. Tek Construction met all our criteria. Their design for our bathroom is perfect for us. The process was smooth, and the outcome was beyond our expectations. TEK is the best! I highly recommend them! We had to demolish the walk-in shower due to mold, and after the mold was properly treated, TEK came in to rebuild the shower. The team is professional from beginning to end. The project was well coordinated and completed ahead of project time. We were allowed to pick fixtures, shower tile, etc. The communication lines were always kept open for example of someone was going be late, which can be as expected for a two week project. Overall, five stars and I would use them again! Thank you Edith in particular for constant hand-holding of the project!
