Recently used Sunstate Home Inspections to do an inspection for a FL home purchase. I live out of state. From setting up the appointment with Tammy (on a weekend) through the inspection process itself, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Clint who performed the inspection of the home, the roof and for termites was professional, courteous & helpful. Provided detailed reports that were sent within 24 hours. I followed up with him with several questions which he was happy to answer. Clint is diligent and honest. I highly recommend this company. If you need a thorough inspection look no further.
