Had to use my insurance to get my vehicle to NTA in Saint Cloud because it wouldn’t start at all and they sent Christian with St. Cloud Towing and Collision. Christian was professional and very punctual. He reached out to let me know when his ETA was, which was helpful because sometimes ERS estimate is off. He was kind and respectful and very thorough in his communication! Took great care of my vehicle and reached out once the car was dropped off. Getting the car on the tow truck was very quick too!!
