EVERYONE is polite , courteous and knowledgeable in their respective positions. The facility is immaculate. The dentists are no nonsense type of people, they call it like they see it. They are efficient and have a gentle touch. But above all else they have your best interest at heart... they really listen to you the customer.This is truly a refreshing and one of a kind practice.

I have suffered years of dental anxiety; to the point I’d be in agonizing pain due to teeth complications and still refuse to see a doctor.
I seen great reviews about this office on Google and decided it was time to try and fix things. On the form you fill out when you first show up, I marked I had dental phobia.
My first time there they did x-rays, and I was terrified. I was shaking and sweating and I couldn’t breathe very well. I was trying my best to overcome my phobia.

I have been seeing Dr. Heap for about 30 years. He's one of a kind. I just visited the St Cloud office for the first time. Everyone there was kind and and super easy to work with as is always true at The Metrowest office. Both of my chilren still see Dr. Heap even though they both have to travel a long distance to get here. It's worth it!
