Called this company thinking I was helping out a local St Cloud business. What I got was a UK corporation with appointment setters in Tempe AZ and a nearly non English speaking tech called out from Kissimmee under another business name.While he did fix it, it was a bit too expensive and he happened to come my house with compressor he had to swap. Go to Hodgins appliance instead. I picked this thinking it was local. Map location is the St. Cloud Twin movie theatre. This business is not even in St. Cloud, but they will service to St. Cloud. When I booked the appointment, they told me my weekend service fee of $75 would go towards repairs if I chose to make them. So when the repair technician came out and made the fix, he gave me a cost breakdown and explained that a belt repair was a set fee and the service fee is a set fee.
