From out of town. Car wash looks clean and well cared for. Attendant asked if I wanted bug spray. I said yes and he turned to look away and spray just went into the air. When I left car was not clean. I went home and hand washed the worse areas.

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Michael Di Stefano during my recent visit to Mister Car Wash. From the moment I arrived, Michael greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed.What impressed me the most was Michael's attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my car was sparkling clean. He took the time to carefully listen to my requests and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted.
