i Social Page
“Before meeting Page at iSocial Page, I did not believe in the branding or sales impact of social media. AmeraTrail's priority has always been on our customers and building the perfect trailers. We always felt branding came along with word of mouth advertising, but now, with iSocial Page, we have noticed the ability to leverage the feedback of our customers to help us improve our overall products, our manufacturing process, and respond more efficiently to our customers. Internally, our team is motivated by the positive feedback that might normally be difficult to capture using traditional "survey" types of methods. It also has helped management witness an increase in sales for items our customers can purchase online in lieu of making the trip to our sales office. Social media is not something we would take in-house, so it's nice to have someone on our team that can handle the details without our team having to add another responsibility. Very cost effective.”
