Charged me a $50 cancellation fee because I cancelled more than 48 hours ahead of time, told me it's the policy but on her Booksy it Does not say anything about cancellation fee if I cancel 48 hours before only says late fee or no show fee. I reached out to her , tried to come to a middle ground , she sent me a message saying is my policy and blocked me. Very unprofessional.
